All registration and programme fees paid to InfluenZ & Co International are generally non-refundable once programme preparation, administrative processing, or support services have commenced.

Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may only be considered under limited circumstances, including:

Duplicate payment made by the participant

Administrative error by the Company

Programme unable to proceed before visa preparation has started
Any approved refund may be subject to administrative or processing charges.
Visa Refusal
Visa approval outcomes are solely determined by the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs. The Company does not guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for visa refusals or related costs.
Cancellation by Participant
If a participant chooses to withdraw from the programme after preparation or support services have commenced, refunds may not be provided.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, where applicable, may take approximately 7–15 working days to process.
